Roaming the frontier in Red Dead Online can be rewarding in its own right, and now doubly so with Free Roam Events paying out 2X RDO$, Gold, and XP through September 4. Accept Free Roam Event invites to put your skills to the test against other players in these competitive challenges over the next five weeks and complete a Free Roam event each week to receive an assortment of rewards.
From August 1 to 7, players will receive a reward of 5,000 Character XP. From August 8 to 14, a Treasure Map leading to a haul near O'Creagh's Run will be the reward. August 15 to 21 will offer 20X Shotgun Explosive Slug Ammo as a reward. From August 22 to 28, players will receive 3X Potent Health Cures. Finally, from August 29 to September 4, an offer for 50% off a Stable Slot will be available.
In addition, players can look forward to a new telegram from "J" later this month, hinting at new cases that require an outlaw's steady aim.
To further boost rewards, players can participate in the Featured Series, which offers 2X RDO$, Gold, and XP. Each week, a different mode will be featured, starting with the territory-claiming mode, Overrun. Look out for new variations on Public Enemy later this month.
